Petromax Trammel Hook
Description
The Trammel Hook brings back the proven method of cooking over an open fire, known since the Middle Ages, into the modern outdoor kitchen. By means of the seven notches on the Trammel Hook, the distance between the pot or kettle and the fire can be adjusted with just one hand. This allows to regulate the cooking temperature and thus to shorten or extend the cooking time of your food.
The solid Trammel Hook will easily hold even heavy pots and kettles, e.g. made of cast iron. Thanks to the combination of eye and crook, the hook can be attached to a tripod or at a crossbar over your fireplace. The lower guide prevents the trammel bar from being released completely during use. This way, the Petromax Trammel Hook with its solid design offers a stable and safe outdoor cooking place.
