A footprint is an additional groundsheet for extra protection when pitching your tent on uneven, stony and dirty ground. It will protect the tent against condensation from the ground and will increase the overall comfort level and make your tent last longer.
It is easy to attach the footprint and it is done the same way on all tents. It doesn't maker where you start, but we recommend on the opposite end of an entrance, that will make it easier to stretch out the footprint as you back out towards the door.
